Carrick and Company was established in 2001 as a surveying practice specialising in The Land Compensation Act 1973 and other residential property compensation matters. Since 2001 we have successfully acted on the behalf of many hundreds of home owners, landlords, local authorities and housing associations throughout the United Kingdom.
